I do not collect more information than is necessary for providing my services.

  • Provide therapeutic or consultancy services

  • Maintain accurate records of our work

  • Communicate with you about appointments or follow‑up

  • Meet legal, professional, and insurance requirements

I rely on the lawful basis of legitimate interests and, where appropriate, consent.

4. How your information is stored

Your information is stored securely in password‑protected digital systems. I do not share your information with third parties unless:

  • You give explicit consent

  • I am legally required to do so

  • There is a safeguarding concern where someone is at risk of harm

In safeguarding situations, I will always aim to discuss this with you first unless it is unsafe to do so.

5. How long I keep your information

I keep records for 7 years, in line with professional indemnity insurance and sector guidance. After this period, records are securely deleted.

You have the right to:

  • Request corrections

  • Request deletion (in some circumstances)

  • Withdraw consent

  • Object to how your data is used

  • Make a complaint to the ICO
